I purchased a generator in Dec 07, it was failed to ship promptly as promised and then it sat in a trucking warehouse for a month or so until I decided to find out where it was. I am in canada and the seller(alex) I beleive, failed to inform me that I would need a broker to get it into this country at additional cost. The seller had no problem calling me here when he was pushing the product but since receiving my payment I cannot get any answer on any of the lines or extensions. I have left many voice mail asking for someone to give me a call but no response. The problem I am having is I cannot get the generator to run and there is not much for a instruction manual. It seems like the shutoff solenoid is not opening to allow fuel. I did get it running once by using the remote start but now it won't start that way either. The display panel is asking for a password or pin number but I have no clue as to what that might be and I don't know if that is a problem or not.
I am sorely disappointed in this company. Several of my neighbours saw the generator when I first received it and all liked the price and I think considered buying units for themselves but with this kind of service I suppose you could say that you have shot yourselves in the foot and now are crippled in this area.
It will be interesting to see if someone will actually reply to this post or just ignore it like the voicemails.
