Tony,
If you want to enter, you need to reedit your post so it includes your post count previous to you posting here, in your case it should be 0. Please include some sort of statement like: I want to be entered into the contest....so we don't think you are just making a passing comment and not qualify you.
And for everyone. Don't forget Avatars, and signature lines ARE required for eligibility!!!!! Please have those in place before you post...or post any problems you are having over on the comments thread about the contest.

Hello, new to this thread and would like to to be added to the contest. Currently in welding school working on TIG certs and have finished with the stick certs a few months back. I have a Millermatic 180 and would love an everlast multi purpose machine once the finances are worked out. I have zero posts previously and this is my first.

3. Done!
4. I've started a project thread that should help generate posts for me as well as many others, I hope!
My primary area of interesting/application for welding is automotive. I'll be working on exhaust manifolds, intake & turbo inlet piping, downpipes, cat-back exhaust, and maybe a custom bracket or two on my current car project which is a twin turbo V6 Audi (2002 S4). I will be learning and peforming TIG welding exclusively, mostly 304 stainless and probably some aluminum too.

I guess it is time to sign up on the forum and enter in the contest! I have been watching this forum and a few others that have a lot to do with Everlast trying to determine if they are good or not. Overall I see a lot of good reviews on them so I think it may be time to try one soon.
Quick run down on me, I am out of RI, Used to have a shop but closed down a few years back and just recently built a garage in my back yard to get back into the game. I like to build cool things and take on odd ball swaps and fabrication jobs. I will probably make a thread with some of the things I have built.
BTW this is my First post, Post #1

I've been in the market for a welder for a while- it's been a hobby for a while. I was looking at used Miller etc machines, then started seeing Everlast information, so now I'm thinking about the PP256 or 250EX machines. Now... do I trade duty cycle of the EX for the plasma cutter on the 256?!?!
I've been lurking on the site for a while, so this is my first post. Looking forward to exchanging info and ideas!

My name is Joshua. I am from Tacoma, WA. I have been mig welding for years off and on. This last summer I bought a new house. I now have a 24' x 48' shop, instead of a 10' x 12' shed. I am setting up my shop and after much research, I opted to give everlast a try for my cutting and welding needs.
I have recieved my Power Tig 250EX and it works great, except the foot pedal could use some design changes. It likes to skip teeth on the cog. I added a small bungee cord to the bottom of the track led and it works much better. But not the greatest fix. I am still waiting on a Power Plasma 50 and a Power Cool W300.
Can't Wait!!!
When opportunity knocks, most do not recognize it, because it shows up wearing overalls and looking like work!!
