I've been welding for over 35 years as a hobby. I took welding classes at the Lincoln welding school about 30 years ago and am planning on re taking the classes as technology has changed.

I am now building bicycles, motorcycles and rebuilding cars and really enjoy welding and building things that other people can only dream of. Recently purchased an Everlast Power Plasma 50 and am loving it. I plan on buying a PowerTig 250 EX unit soon.

I have plans in my head for an enclosed motorcycle that is very aerodynamic and light, seats two and can be ridden in the rain. From other peoples experiences, this type of vehicle should get around 100 MPG. It will be highway legal and will have heat.

I read where Everlast is having a contest to win $1800 in equipment . I would love to win that as cash has been kind of scarce lately. So far I have only two posts but will be posting more as I have found lots of good information on this site.
