    Default power IMIG 205

A while back I was in the market for a mig welder. Having done business with everlast for the first time last year, my immediate inclination was to buy another machine from them. I was however, shopping around, because times are still tough and I need to get the most from my hard earned cash too. But after discussing it with Mark at length I decided to purchase the 205 unit. It arrived yesterday with no apparent damage. two for two on that so far. It is a very nice looking unit. Not too heavy at 45 pounds without wire. So I picked up a 12 pound roll of lincoln mild steel wire from home depot. I know I could have done better on price but they are right across the street. Last time I had to order gas for the tig I had them go ahead and send a 125 cf bottle of 75/25 argon co2 as well. Got everything all wired up and it welds beautifully. I built another welding cart (more like a welding station) so I could put both machines side by side and both bottles. I gotta say, those two machine look soooo happy together Anyway I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase and I think I made the right one too It's worth a few extra pennies to deal with someone you know and trust rather than a stranger. I will be posting some pics of some practice welds and the new cart tomorrow hopefully. All in all GREAT MACHINE!!!

I have one and it is very good, easy to run mig and good stick capabilities, add the spoolgun to it and there isn't much of anything you cannot do with it,
You will find yourself using it more and more over your other welders.

ID:	958Well here it is. I was amazed at some of the welds this machine made today. I am serious. I took some pics. Some of them look just awesome like tig welds almost. In the pics you can see some of the welds, also the cart I put together. It still needs a few minor touches and paint but I'm proud of the way the bottle holder worked out. I know lots of guys could do better, but after three years of not touching a piece of angle, it's coming back slowly. I would like to trade the plywood shelf in on some metal but I tend to use things that have outlive their usefulness.
