Really not worth it when Argon / CO2 mixtures are pretty much the cheapest gas there is.

Go pick up a 75/25 or whatever you want to use. Mixing without a mixer will be nothing but a headache.
Basically I already have the pure argon & co2 bottles and not looking to purchase another one with the combined mixed gases to save on space. Also it's a lot of trouble on changing the tanks for each type metal. It would be nice to have the adjustability to make your own mixtures so I would like to find an internal picture or diagram of a two or three gas mixer unit to make my own version. They're basically just flow control valves with regulators plumbed together from what I can tell. I don't believe the two flow control valves joint together with a Y-fitting would work too well without another flow control valve at the end line.
