If you have an inquiry about warranty status, or some warranty issue not previously addressed, please fill out the form below. Please allow up to 36 hours for a response (not including weekends and holidays). If you have not previously made a warranty claim, you should call 877-755-9353 ext 207 to initiate the warranty process. You'll be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your product. Then you'll need to fill out the RMA form and keep this number and submit it with any warranty status inquiry.
