Cyclone 503DPI

The Cyclone 503DPI  is designed to deliver top tier welding performance in multiple processes with both manual and synergic welding options.  With multiple MIG modes that include a "fast root" close arc transfer that is perfect for open root first pass and sheet metal applications, single pulse, double "twin" pulse, vertical up, and other specialized MIG settings the unit delivers performance and features in a big way for shops demanding high quality MIG performance and versatility. Whether it is Steel, Stainless, Aluminum or Bronze this unit has a setting for it with multiple classifications of filler within each category. The MIG performance of this product allows the user to be able to weld down to approximately .020" steel/stainless without compromising the ability tackle anything 500A of welding power can handle.  With a duty cycle of 60% at 500A and 100% at 400A this unit is clearly  made for heavy duty industrial applications. The compact wire feeder can be quickly detached from the main unit cart and easily carried to where it is needed for convenient use right where you need it. The water cooler easily keeps the gun cool for extended running in heavy manufacturing situations.

If MIG welding aluminum is a concern, the unit is ready to accept the optional push-pull, spool gun, or conventional gun setup with the aluminum compatible liner.

The unit also features DC Lift Start TIG and DC Stick functions that add to the versatility of this unit. The lift start TIG also has a pulse setting as well for optimum control when welding steel, stainless and other metals weldable in DC.
